Online shopping was easy and eceived the shoes quickly and on the correct date. Decided to return the shoes. They looked better in the pictures than in person. Received an approval, when I asked about the shipping postage label. I was told that the eight dollar shipping postage label comes out of my refund amount. The next email contained the policy, which was exactly what I had read online, not stating this bit of information that was in the email to me. Their site does say free shipping both
