you can tell they care about your shopping experience because they ship with ups which is a more expensive alternative compared to post office and fedex ground. my only minor gripe is i wish you got a text when delivered. i don't want to feed the wildlife in my area with this meat. i live by the ocean and the seagulls would love to get a crack at opening the box. i'm not on email regularly but i will look at a text.
