I sent Tie Gear a message asking for help that one strand in the glow pack works great, while the other has a short in it and cuts out when tapped. Zero response, but yet they sent me a message to review their gear. For the price, I would hope it would be working. Maybe someone will reach out with my plea to help exchange the one strand in the 2-pack.
