The packaging of the painting was faulty as a result of which one corner of the frame is completely broken. I have attached the frame's pic along with the damaged cardboard corner piece which was given for cushioning. This is completely unacceptable from a brand like BIMBA. You can't blame DTDC for this. It is your responsibility to deliver the product to the end customer in the best condition.
