Working with Jackie was terrific! I had some very specific custom requests that she helped me with to include sending out fabric and thread samples for me to ensure I could match to my car interior. I was surprised to learn that manual transmission steering wheel cores were not available, but Jackie worked it out so I could send in my OEM wheel to be modified. Caused some cost/schedule impacts, but it all worked out in the end. Also ran into terriff challenges that we were able to work out.
