Easy site to navigate and great overall experience

I scored a great deal on a dated planner. The website is easy to navigate and order from. My only wish is that they had some type of shipping facility in Canada

It went to wrong address. I immediately emailed that the delivery address was wrong ä, but was told it couldn’t be adjusted. If it wasn’t for an old neighbour friend, I would never have received my planner.

Always been a customer since the beginning

I tossed it, frankly. I ought to have known better--I'm too old for this Instagram aesthetic. Moreover, I'm old enough and well-educated enough to know that Virginia Woolf never said anything about not needing to "sparkle." Poorly sourced quotes. Overwhelming and strident affirmations. It's a no for me.

I love Passion Planner. Each item feels specially designed and it almost feels tailored to meet my exact needs.

I’ve used the product for years. The 1st one I got was the downloadable pdf in which I was able to make my own planner with the inserts. Now that there are more designs and colors, I always opt to purchase one.

I had a very difficult time finding the color that would suit me. I ended up with something meh. My fault but I also ordered one that is just too large for what I wanted to use it for. Not really great for carrying day to day.

I have loved these planners for years

I went into this purchase excited because I had loved Passion Planner in college. Ordering and shipping were fine, but the newer layout did not work for me. Customer service sent replacements, yet when none worked and I asked for a refund, I was told returns are not accepted even for unused products. It feels like the strict no return policy is likely part of how they stay in business. Just be aware before purchasing.

I am picky with planners, but after seeing my daughter's from her college softball team, I had to get one for myself! I love this planner and am already looking forward to the new one for 2027. Overall, shipping was faster than anticipated and products are as expected. Will be looking forward to placing future orders.

I now live in Australia and the ordering was easy and straight forward. The delivery time wasn't too long. I bought extras and really love adding the stickers and breaking free from my old thought patterns of having to save things. My goal is to use all my stickers before the end of the year.
