In short: Wrong item, bad remediation, slow turnaround time. Issue was clearly not courier related: they shipped what you sent, but not what I ordered. Also, discard of the old inventory in reach, like if there is enough old obsolete inventory in-house to erroneously ship, have a garage sale or something. The price-point here is sufficiently high enough to lose any new customers. Take inventory, have shipping staff check off on what's being shipped IRL. Im rooting for you, get it together.
