I love the products, the packaging, the super quick helpful responses from the concierge team. Lashify is a rarity in that it presents, from the CEO down, as a company that cares about its customers, their opinions and needs - and it actually does.

Wonderful communication

I shopped through a referral link, which was supposed to include a discount but it didn’t. The product is worth the money though so I’m not upset about it.

I'm actually still shopping, watching videos and trying to figure out what I need that I didn't order last time. I'll definitely be ordering again soon.

Shipment took very long, but it‘s ok

I’ve loved Lashify for years and I’m a regular subscriber. The lack of response about my damaged box and missing items is truly disappointing.

Every month when I try to update my subscription box I have trouble this month it was deleted and I had to start over the concierge service is usually late or not available on the weekends

Company has been great. My only complaint is the new core lashes break so easily when taking out of cartridge. I feel like I waste so much more now.

Luxury shopping experience. I love that the CEO actually solicits our opinions and listens to us in the Lashify Life Facebook group.

They changed the lashes so I gave them a try. The V2 lashes fell appart.

Lashify is Ben with you guys for over two years love them. They’re easy to put on and I love the new rubber glue. It’s awesome. It doesn’t peel off like the bondage with a bunch of black.

Shipping to Singapore took almost a month! This recent delivery was one of the longest wait ever. I've experienced a 2 weeks waiting time but this one just beat that. It used to arrive within a week.

First you sent a survey prior to me even receiving the lashes Then another survey after my lashes were literally delivered an hour ago If you want me to rate the product, give me time to open the box

I love this product!

Not very informative of how you have to do all these steps to put them on.

Love the products with the exception of Curl (bc they fell apart after 1 use). Wish you had a distributor in Canada so it wouldn't be so expensive to buy.

Lashify seems to be ever-evolving. Trying to keep up with requests and coming up with new products. I enjoy trying new products when possible and happy Lashify is keeping up.

Easy to use

The delivery always takes sooooooo long!

I needed to reorder my adhesive only to find out you’ve changed it and it doesn’t work as well. In fact it’s horrible to use. When it goes on it flicks all over my face. And the lashes don’t adhere to it. I use clean applicators but the lashes would rather stick to the applicator than this new glue formula. It’s incredibly frustrating and messy. I end up with glue all over my face and hands.

excellent and fast

Im not overly satisfied with customer service and the price of the lashes which is why I only wear them on special occasions and wear Amazon ones more because of cost and the spines are not as heavy for everyday. I try to preserve my natural lashes as much as possible.
