Sent me 2 charcoal flex- I don’t use them. Ok talked to support. Gave me credit back. Then today another person contacted me and said well you ordered them. No I did not, I never order Charcoal flex I like whisper light. I’ve been a customer since 2018 I’ve ordered Charcoal flex once. Literally my last order of bond was whisper light.
