I didn't receive a packing slip and my box was missing several items. This has never happened before - so I found the customer service info but wasn't getting any immediate help. Finally, an email was replied to letting me know I was receiving a second box, but not further info was provided. A handful of days later the second box arrived, also with no packing slip, but all my items did come. I'm not used to lack of communication with Lashify. It used to be far better.
