Quick shipping and delivery for the item in stock- still waiting for my backorder to ship but I love that you are able to order as back order instead of waiting for an entire restock. Will for sure be shopping again soon.

I reached out to customer service about my order and got a very personal response back, which I appreciate. Purakai is working hard to grow and meet consumer needs.

The t- shirt I bought for my daughter was NOT sized correctly. I ordered an XL for her busty figure. Unfortunately the shirt is similar to most mediums. I highly doubt she’ll return the shirt because of her busy schedule and I just wasted my money. Also, the shipping time was longer than expected.

It felt like it took forever to get them, but they were worth the wait!

Responsive to questions. Takes a while to receive the product but worth the wait.

I had to make an order change weeks after placing my order, but because it hadn't shipped yet, they changed the size for me, no problem! Good thing because the clothes fit perfectly.

I was very impressed by the customer service and quality of this small company. My order was taking awhile so I reached out and they got back to me right away. They told me this is a very small company sewing each order on demand. My order came shortly after that. I feel good about supporting a small company and the quality of these leggings are so great.
