Completely dissatisfied with the complete lack of customer service and support. I emailed the company multiple times, sent messages via Whats App multiple times, tried calling multiple times….and no response, call is always busy, nothing. One of my fragrances arrived damaged and I received absolutely no assistance from the company or even a simple reply. I was looking forward to ordering additional products but this experience has been enough to deter me unfortunately.

Smells good, lasts long enough for the price. My order arrived damaged and both of the colognes were not set correctly in the box. The Oud For You arrived with the top completely off and the inside had residue from the spray itself. I have since emailed this company about it and I have not heard from them since. But they keep asking me to review their products without answering my concerns. I rated it high because the product is nice, but will your product arrive in one piece when you get it?
