The ham holder took almost a month for the delivery of my order on an item that was in stock. When I called I was told that it was out of stock but the website kept saying that the item was in stock. I was told that they were on vacation from December 20 - January 6. I didn't cared much because the item wasn't perishable and I finally got it on January 13 after it being ordered on December 19. The shipping protection they require you to buy says it covers delays but it doesn't seem to apply in this case because the item wasn't in stock, despite the website saying that it was.
