I tried to stop the shipping of the product before it sent and they told me it had already shipped, even though it hadn't, I got a shipping notification later that day that showed it didn't even leave the warehouse for several more days. Then, when I asked for a return label (I have screen shots saying free returns and money back guarantee) they said they don't give return labels and just to send it back to the address on the label. This cost around $30. Not free. Not happy. The product is flim
