Worst experience with Baby & Me! I ordered two items, and one had a size issue. Before ordering, I confirmed with support that I could return if any issue came up, but they later rejected my return. Their website says “if for any reason you’re not happy, we offer return options” — totally false! No reply to mails or calls. Fake promises, poor service, and zero support. Never ordering from them again!

The quality of this product is not at all worth the price. The stitching looks very unprofessional and poorly done. What’s even more disappointing is the return policy — it clearly states that returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days, but my return request was rejected without a valid reason. This experience has been frustrating, and I would not recommend this product or seller based on what I’ve received.
