Such a worst experience I faced while trying 2 return a product. I kept getting unrelated responses like “we will check with the finance team,” and after a few days they said they would check with the manager. They kept delaying the process until the return policy period expired. Bcz of ths, I strongly dont recommend this site to anyone. The return and refund process is not as easy as they claim on their website. Thy will give some reason to avoid taking the product back. Think twice b4 ordering
