Ordering was easy, I guess. But it was easy to lose the cart if you don't purchase right away. So that was frustrating. And you didn't reach out to me to confirm "Hey, do you want this extra design embroidered with red thread onto the red sleeve? Or would you like it on the white sleeve? Or use white thread on the red sleeve?" And they made the order in the design seem like it would be larger than it actually was. It was so small! Disappointing.
