Although the shoes are very cute, I am very disappointed in the colors I received.. The "birch" Mary Janes are not the light, creamy color as shown on the website and in reviews...they are tan. This is also true of the "platinum" color bow moccasins. Instead of being platinum/light gold, they are very yellow gold. On the website and in reviews they are platinum.

I reached out to customer service right away and they advised that I use some heat to try to flatten it out. It did help mostly, but I feel like it’s slightly different than the other side.
