La crema de mantequilla de Creta es lo único que no nos ha dicho nada, por textura, por sabor, esperábamos otra cosa.

They have a great flavour and they remind me of a split red lentil
You can cook them on a low heat for an hour, with some water or broth, and they will become a great tasting yellow purée

J’ai vécu avec mon époux 20 ans en Grèce, nous avions un restaurant et je peux confirmée que vos olives Kalamata sont très belles et très bonnes c’est la première fois depuis que nous sommes rentrés en France que nous avons goûtés aux vrais saveurs des olives Kalamata, il faut juste les rincer avant de les consommer.
Le Halva aussi très bon, le pot de Taxini promet bien , je connais bien la marque mais pas encore goûté .
