They have a great flavour and they remind me of a split red lentil
You can cook them on a low heat for an hour, with some water or broth, and they will become a great tasting yellow purée

Par contre nous sommes déçus du tiropita et du spanakopita: nous n'avons pas pu les congeler car ils sont arrivés décongelés (les poches n'étaient plus glacées).
