Excellent ! Un peu trop de sensation "huileuse" au début mais au frigo le sensation s'estompe assez rapidement pour devenir encore plus suculent ! Très moelleux avec un bon goût d'orange ! L'attente est longue mais pas pour rien 😁 je recommande les yeux fermés et conseille comme je l'ai dit de le mettre un jour ou deux au frigo avant dégustation mais ce n'est que mon avis personnel libre à vous 👋

Questo formaggio arriva freschissimo, fatto qualche giorno fa. Arriva molto ben imballato e al fresco. La porzione è abbondante. Ideale per fare colazione o uno snack leggero. Il sapore è molto delicato, tipo primo sale, la consistenza permette di fare delle fette da accompagnare con un buon pane pita integrale.
