Hello 360, The product arrived in good shape, not damaged, still testing it on my crazy 4c hair, so far doing well, it makes it very curly. I am impressed by the ingredients the only one I was concerned about is the glycerin. I try to avoid because I don't trust it but a vegetable glycerin is supposed to be a better product so the test is still ongoing....so far no problems. Thanks for asking and hopefully will order again...
