Both brushes are very nice, the soft bristle brush is subtle enough that I can also use it on my beard and the medium bristle brush was the real shocker because I thought it was going to be too firm when I felt the bristles with my hand however when I started brushing with it I realized it's a true medium firm brush and the extra firmness I felt by hand was just from how well the bristles are inserted into the wood handle. Good Quality Brushes.
