Love this product but for the second time I have received only part of my order. Have tried to contact the store via their support email and had no response. Three bottles of liquid vanished and £10 lost twice as no customer support. So beware if your product doesn’t arrive then you are at a loss to regain any compensation or explanation from ecig store.

I got mine today, it's great not having to be continually filling the tank. Only recommendation I would give is to wait longer than the 5 minutes, I initially waited the 5 minutes recommended but it tasted burnt so we changed the tank and left it about 7-10 minutes to soak in really well. It worked. Great buy, was looking for ages trying to find a bigger tank vape. Well done guys. 👏👏👏👏👏

Quality Device! Went in-store to pick up an Xros Mini and the staff member recommended this Hexus Device and the 12ml pod sold it straight away for me. I've not ut the device down, amazing flavour and love the turbo mode!

I own both the XROS PRO and the NEXLIM, yet somehow, the Hexus GO has completely taken over. The draw is tighter, and the flavor—especially in turbo mode—is ridiculously rich and consistent. It’s genuinely addictive. I’ve already torn through two bottles of juice like I’ve lost all self-control. Between the generous pod capacity, long-lasting battery, dead-simple design, and that unbeatable price point, it’s hard to find a single thing to complain about.

This is the best vape I had so far. It doesn't leak, it holds a lot of liquid, and it has a good battery. The coils are easy to use and you can alter the flow. The staff are really helpful, showed me how to set it up and answered all my questions. I will probably buy another. I highly recommend the hexus vape.

This is amazing. Very fresh but it’s spearmint fresh. The only flavour I will use and upon using other brands, this is high above any of the others out there

amazing Kit! The 12ml pod is a life saver. i dont need to refill my pod for a whole day, when i come to refill i can just put a whole 10ml salt in and im set. A true game changer on how i vape

Absolutely love this flavour tried many different ones and this is by far the best , tastes exactly like Lemmon tart even so I’ve bought another within 12 hours of purchasing the first one ! It’s definitely 10/10 ! Wish I could find the big bottle in this brand though ! I will definitely be stocking up on this flavour

An absolutely amazing pod kit, battery lasts me a good 2 days before I need to charge and i'm vaping all day! Flavour is top notch with and boost mode is crazy good! Also don't need to carry around a bottle with me the whole day the 12ml is a life saver! Recommend this kit to any pod kit user

Arrived quickly and looks really nice it's good to hold, the different ways to vape is great. Price is very reasonable the only thing I can negative is the tank size otherwise good little pod.
