This job I was really worried about--yet I went ahead and did it. Turns out this went super well and was not too hard to get done. Getting the hoses and ac lines disconnected from under the hood was the hardest -- the heater hose clamps are way underneath--so ended up cutting the hoses and installing new. Would also suggest installing and clamping the new hoses before reinstalling the HVAC box as trying to reinstall hoses and clamps are a real sob. Otherwise, great support and quality doors. ...

Heater core fit perfect. My original project started out to replace the blend doors. While I had the heater box out, I decided to change out both the Heater core and the AC evaporator core.

Everything went well with the blend doors. They were exactly as I needed. The lines on the evaporator core did not align properly. We had a hard time connecting the lines. outside of all that everything went back to getter as prescribe all system work perfect.
