This is the only toner that I feel is doing something to my skin, really. I love all the TOUN28 products! This is the only formula with centella that didn't break me out. It calmed down my skin and restored my skin barrier. I was using a lot of skincare in various brands but I am sticking to this one only! 🤍 I love the formulation and I love toun28!
