This should be an essential part of anyone's training stack year round, ESPECIALLY if you're 30+!!! The antibodies help with my immune response so I'm never sick, my gut health, but more importantly how my body responds to tougher training sessions. It's like my body just processes the volume much more efficiently. I used to never train more than 2-3 times a week before I started taking it, but now I'm guaranteed at least 4 days in the gym.
