Excellent quality and fit. This is by far my favorite nato strap that I’ve purchased. Others have felt cheap and thin but the WOE strap has a great build quality and sits really well on the wrist. It’s great. The main thing I love is the ability to get the wrist tension perfect. I have about a 7.25” wrist, and I always felt like the normal buckles were never quite right. This fixes that issue and my watch now stays right where I put it, without choking my wrist out. 10/10. My friend actually bought me the black version as well and quality is excellent.

Nothing sexy about routine bilge maintenance, but there's nothing routine about the P39/WOE ZA strap combo. Infinitely more comfortable than getting down and dirty when adjusting seacocks, but maintenance and grubby work is about 90% of captaining boats. It sheds blood, guts, crud, and grease very well. The valet and bottle opener are both just quality products. The leather of the valet has real character, and the mahogany variant has a rich color. It’s the perfect size as well, able to hold everything I pocket and then some. The bottle opener was a real surprise. It’s a solid piece of metal and has a good weight to it. I use this at home and I recently took it on a trip to use at the hotel. I absolutely love the size because it will easily fit all my EDC items. The best feature is the ability to un-snap it and toss it in a backpack as it’s completely flat and takes up no room at all. The craftsmanship is amazing and I really dig the overall aesthetic. Our unit trains on long range patrols using map/compass navigation, no GPS. The WOE compass fitted snugly on my Bulova Hack’s strap. It was easy to glance down at the watch to check we were heading on our bearings without have to stop and get a compass out every time. Worked a treat even submerged from river crossings. Everyone else was jealous! Also had no issue with getting bashed around or coping with recoil from the belt fed LSW. Good job mate.

This was my 5th Glomar from WOE all my work watches go on them to include a CWC, Seiko Turtle and 2 Breitlings. I love and trust these so much I gave my partner one for his seiko and purchased another to replace it. While I’m a bit sorry I have this strap on an homage/copy/what have you, it’s still a fantastic strap. Overall the material is a bit thinner than I thought it would be but I don’t mind that at all and it is not a deal breaker. The olive is a great olive color much like my grandfather’s Vietnam flap cap which makes it even cooler. It is a great all around strap.
