While cleaning my Nuuk Halo, the main (air throwing) fan stopped working, but the Nuuk customer service collected and returned the repaired fan. My experience of this repair service has been delightful. This Nuuk Halo is my favorite fan for my YouTube and sound studio (I also purchased their NUUK LIT Rechargeable fan (small but very quiet). I need these fans as I am located in Kutch, Gujarat India, a very hot region. These fans are very energy efficient.
