While cleaning my Nuuk Halo, the main (air throwing) fan stopped working, but the Nuuk customer service collected and returned the repaired fan. My experience of this repair service has been delightful. This Nuuk Halo is my favorite fan for my YouTube and sound studio (I also purchased their NUUK LIT Rechargeable fan (small but very quiet). I need these fans as I am located in Kutch, Gujarat India, a very hot region. These fans are very energy efficient.

Bought it for my wife before our Phuket trip. It worked as expected. The cool tech is awesome although it consumes a bit of battery when its turned on but believe me its an awesome feature. I was really doubting that with customisation the order would arrive late since we had to leave for Phuket in 3 days but to my surprise it came in 2 days. However, nuuk customer support atleast reply back on email.
