the shoes in themselves are good but the time frame was way out. first my order went missing in transit and so after many email, many were not replied to. i was told that they would replace order and send me new tracking number after 2 weeks the shoes were starting the journey to me but still had the same tracking number (very weird). so after 6 weeks of originally placing order the goods arrived and my wife and children were happy with the product

I’m a nurse so I am on my feet over 12 hours a day. These shoes have changed my feet, they are so comfortable and I don’t get pains in my feet at all anymore. And I have got a lot of my colleagues to buy them as well from seeing mine and me telling them how great they are.

The shoe is so warm and as expected however the size 9 is so tight. As a UK size 9,I should have ordered size 10 instead. Thank you anyway.
