The box was bashed up and the cow had a part missing from the key ring which attaches the cow to the key ring itself ! I’m awfully disappointed with this purchase as I have a love of the highland cows and wanted to put it to use right away to show off my beautiful cow . I would appreciate if you could send me a replacement as soon as possible , I would happily pay the cost x

These glasses arrived in this condition I have e mailed you which you have not replied to I have no return address to send them back for a refund it would help if you had put a invoice of some sort with a return address in the parcel . I would like to send these back for a refund as they arrived damaged beyond repair if no refund is an available I would like a replacement pair DO YOU EVEN READ THE REVIEW !!!

Nothing like item shown asked for refund was offered £7 then £10 gave up still waiting on the money ro go back into account was told 2-3working days had email saying 10 days before its paid into account company not be getting my custom again

My wife loves it. She adores highland cows. The only issue was the slow delivery.

I had to wait weeks and sent numerous emails. When it did arrive it had a crisp in it, and was broken. So disappointed, as it was a present. They offered me $8 or I send it back at my expense. So needless to say, I won't be recommending or buying from there again. 😪

It’s nothing like the picture , that you portray on your website , it’s discusting , that you can charge people , for a lump of plastic , I got this for my daughter in law , I’d be embarrassed to give it to her it took ages to come as well , so disappointed, I wouldn’t order from your website again I want a refund , not worth the Money

Your advertisement shows the highland coo in a presentation box but the one I received was just in a plastic bag,, I Was going to use as a gift, so I am very disappointed, I would not recommend anyone to buy David facer [email protected]

Send me what I ordered would be good! I ordered Floral Pattern Fit Over Polarised Sunglasses but received Brown Animal Print! I emailed with a photo yesterday asking for another delivery of the correct order to be sent out. I also requested free return postage to enable me to return the incorrect ones back to you . So far the only message I have had was this email asking how did you do! Please send me what I ordered. Thank you

I’m disappointed with the item received as it looks very different from the advert photos. The advert presents a Tiffany-style stained-glass effect, but the actual product appears to be moulded plastic and much lower quality. The item is not as described.

Produce a better standard of product. The metal material was poor, thin & bent, flimsy. It was not strong enough to be put up or displayed on a wall Very disappointing & even though I have expressed my thoughts & requested a refund.I’m still waiting, Watch this space !!? Best piece of advice, I can give you….Stay clear & Don't buy ☹️

Thus came with lots of dents in it you can’t see them at the front because of the picture but it’s not flat so can’t fit it to my wall straight.

It looks nothing like it does on the website it's looks cheap and it's plastic not resin you cant even place it on a a key chain highly disappointed and not worth the money or the month waiting for it to be delivered
