I asked to cancel the order as it was cheaper to buy more, and I wanted to buy more. But the order wasn’t cancelled even though I messaged them as soon as I placed the order.

The friend that I sent it too was very happy, and said it is "Very Cute" thank you 😊

It was a a friend who loves highland cows and she absolutely love it x

Easy to fit and my cupboards look so neater without cables hanging around everywhere, more space too 👍

Unfortunately the item was rolling around loose in the package and one ear was slightly chipped plus I had to fix the key ring chain to the item which turned out to be a bit of a challenge though I got there in the end. Not entirely happy but as it is just a tiny chip I decided not to go to the bother of complaining or returning it.

It is a cheap plastic toy with a light bulb inside. The photo you show is decivying, looks to be made out of glass. I hav asked for a full refund and a return shipping label 3 times and still waiting evan for a reply. Will not be using your services again. Goodbye

Sorry to say im not happy with the lamp at all. I was shocked to see small the lamp was, and the left side of the face seems to have a dint Face looks deformed So I will not be gifting this to my friend who absolutely adores this cow

In the advert, the item was shown to be in a nice box. Mine arrived, in bubble wrap with cardboard shoved round it & in an envelope, there was no box. The poem was all crushed, the letters are so small it is difficult to read. Very deceiving and disappointed as it was supposed to be a gift for someone, which I could not give because of the mess it arrived in. Total con, false advertising as it did not come as the advert.
