Everything is good quality it’s seems so far. Customer service was good but it took some time to get a response but when they did it was very helpful. My only real complaint was the instructions. I think I didn’t get everything I was supposed to get for installation manuals. Everyone is working as it should and my wife and I are satisfied.

I am a DIY person and installed this in my wife's Cadillac CTS. It is doable, but if you are not capable, I suggest that you hire a professional. After install, it still reguired a ACC connection, and luckily, I was able to hardwire into the factory CD player. Tech Support was very good, but in a time zone that was 20 hours ahead. Not a problem unless you start the project on Thursday morning. The passenger side dash was totally disasembled until Monday. Unit works great!

It did not work for my 2018 Subaru. I bout a repair kit for half the price and now I’m all set. Car Tech Studio made me pay a 15% restocking fee along with processing. I’m very disappointed.

I thought it was going to be a good addition to my car. I got the module and finally got it installed. I started having trouble and the tech tried very hard to help me resolve things and figure out the issues I was having getting the module working with my car. It took a while because I am in the US estern time zone and the tech line would contact me around 945pm at the earliest. Tech Line must be overseas only.
I finally got the AUX working and could hear somethings but still isn't working lik...

The unit works as advertised, but the instructions are just a one page wiring diagram. Of note, the unit connects to the radio under the driver's seat. It is about a 3 hour job to install it. Also, it is actually the commonly available JoyeAuto unit, according to the unit's settings screen.
