Got to be honest I was skeptical when I first saw this. But after trying many other things to help my reflux I thought I’d give it a try. After a couple of months, I rarely have to use my prescribed Omeprazole. I tried opening the capsule and emptying the contents into a glass of water. My advice don’t do it!! The taste is absolutely disgusting. Stick to swallowing the capsules. I found it best to take them before food. Recommend you give this a go. It worked for me.
