I will never order from your company again. Your shipping tracker is a joke and your customer service is non-existent. This was a gift for my mother and was ruined due to your failure to reply to emails and care about customer service. I notified you that she did not receive the 24 markers, purchased with the blanket. No effort or reply to try to remedy the situation. Thanks!

Ordered two of these and they both are adorable plan on giving them to the two girls I babysit for as back to school gifts. With some coins in them of course!

This bag is soft and plenty big enough. The corduroy is very good and deep. My granddaughter will love this as part of her 20th bday. Her name , the girl, the flowers the colors were just like I saw them on the order site.

Best idea for Father’s Day or even if they are a big fan. The kids loved the idea and dad was mostly grateful. Thank you Mog custom for making another year memorable.

The shirt looked amazing. It was gift, and they love it as well. The pictures on it were very clear. It looked exactly like we had planned. The designer did a fabulous job.

The shirt is wonderful. Well made. BUT… I failed to check size before ordering and received a Small instead of an XXL. My bestie was visiting and happened to be born in same year. SHE LOVES IT!! All turned out great!

My dad absolutely loved it! He goes out every evening, feeds the deer and has a cigar and glass of bourbon - and watches the deer.. So it was perfect for him.

Didn’t have no pictures as of yet, but my friends loved it when I went to Independence Day celebration this past Saturday and of course I was smoking my cigar and I had information where I got mine from so don’t get a little bit more business coming up if they had an order by now the next time I’ll try to load up and show off my shirt when I wear it again if you guys send me a link

The mug is so my friend's pride and joy.. It was for her birthday and she can drink coffee all day long. One tee shirt went to her and the other is mine, we are both master gardeners and like to show off that we like plants.

I have loved doing this pearl Art. I have done about eight of them now and will continue. My husband likes him as well, but he is asking me to do something besides Christmas. Lol

Bought 2 of the larger pearl paintings and they are beautiful. Came very quickly with all included. Were easy to do. I sprayed mine with a sealant to keep pearls in place . Will display for the Holidays. I am very pleased with them. They were a little pricey, but I wanted them. I think prices are higher than most others advertised. But none the less, BEAUTIFUL ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️.

Great Customer Service. I started off with them shipping the wrong shirt, once contacted, they responded in less then 24 hours. 3 days later I had the correct shirt. Print and shirt quality seem very good. I have since contacted them about a custom shirt that I would need quickly. They told me they could meet my quick delivery and a custom T-shirt was delivered to me in less then a week.

It was given as a gift for my DIL and her dog Preslee. She loves it and was very impressed w the quality. Her dogsitter helped put it together and said she has seen similar that were not as nice!

I have one completely finished and given as a gift. My friend was delighted I had thought of her and working on my second one as a Christmas gift! Fun and easy to do!

It was for our 3 year old grandson that loves Santa. He feels very comforted with the rug and likes to lay on it. He gives Santa a high five. High five to us!

I received the kit and I have just started. I really liked that each color had a Ziploc bag. It was numbered with a sheet that broke down the print number. Much easier to understand. I am very pleased with the kit. It goes pretty fast

It's very fun seeing it come together and I find it very therapeutic! I posted that comment on my FB page and everyone asked where I got it so I shared your company's name!

i have not started working on my purchase yet i am waiting for my time off to get started on it, I am very excited about it and i know i will be very happy with it

It was great unfortunately the person I’m with is no longer with me that I gave it to however, The cup itself they loved lots of compliments from everyone else and it will keep your drink and the ice in it for nearly 36 hours

My Order Arrived With Our Dogs Name Fairly Unreadable. I Was Happyily Satisfied With The Quick Response and Prompt Delivery Of a Replacement! Which Looks Great! Thank You! Recommend This Company

I actually didn't think this was going to arrive. It took awhile. But it was worth the wait. I love that it is already stretched on canvas. I can't wait to get started! it looks really pretty!

The photo of my dog duplicated on the 3D Pearl Art DIY Christmas kit is beautiful. Took awhile to receive but it was worth it. Can’t wait to create the picture. I don’t like the SpeedX delivery service, though. The drivers always throw my package down, instead of placing it down on my porch. I hesitate to order in the future if this is the delivery service they choose to use.

Love this item. Great to do as a family project, we all have been taking turns. Very pretty and cant wait to finish. Very happy with this product and that it came with the frame.

Took it out to look at it because the reviews are not the greatest. The blanket is soft and stretchy-shipping took awhile but understood where it was coming from. I bought the biggest blanket. I also got the markers. When you order the markers are sold separately. They are towards the bottom before you pay. Most reviews are because people didnt read that they are sold separately. Which the manufacturer should change the way they worded the product and the reviews would be better.

Two out of the 3 are great. The other one the eyes are uneven (different sizes). I haven't put them together yet so not sure how much it will bother me.

I ran out of beads and notified customer service. I had an immediate response telling me that the beads would be sent to me - and they were. I was able to finish my gift to my friend. I love it.

My neighbor wanted one just like it but it looks like they are out of this one. I have shown it to many and they all are intrigued by it.

The selection made it hard for me to choose a project!! So, I bought two! They arrived in a timely manner, packaged securely! Got right to work and now my finished Halloween and Santa and his Sleigh are just waiting to be displayed! Turned out beautifully! These were my first attempts at pearl art- I am hooked!

I have not actually made it yet. The only thing I’m disappointed about is it was not on any kind of stretcher frame And I feel I need to do that before I actually start working on this project. It was pricey, but I understand that part of it. I would’ve gladly paid another five dollars for it to be stretched on a frame.

Absolutely gorgeous. Been let down by so many online diamond painting kits that its brilliant to finally have 2 that look like they're advertised. Ordered one more based on what I've been sent.

This is a birthday present. Until i give it to them, i don't know. It did take a couple weeks to get to me, but sure that was because it was personalized. Other then that it is still in the bag you sent it in.

These are lovely but what I want is caps with zoo animals.: lions, rhinos, penguins, gorillas, snow leopard, grizzly bear, black bear, gray wolf, mandrill, lemurs, fossa, tortoises, camel, giant anteater, meerkat, prairie dog, wolverine. You pick. Any of these. Docents at the zoos would love to wear them.
