Besides shipping taking months longer than initially promised once it arrived was a dream to set up. Took about 30 seconds max and feels so dreamy to sit in.

Every family member loves this Hammock. Wasn’t expecting a quality hammock for something portable. Yet, this exceeds my expectations!! Love this product.

It’s gorgeous and looks excellent as a feature in our small condo. It was easy to put together. My only issue is that the cork striping doesn’t stay adhered to the wood.

As soon as it arrived, I opened it up and within seconds I was laying in my new hammock in the middle of my living room. It couldn't be any easier to set up. Can't wait to try it out in the backyard! Also bringing my second one down to our place in Florida to use on the beach. It is everything I was hoping it would be!

While I was waiting for so long, I actually thought about canceling the order, but now that I finally have it in hand, keeping it is a no-brainer. It’s much more comfortable, sturdy, and beautiful than I expected.

Very beautiful! Easy and convenient to open and close. It takes less than a minute to set up and folds back down just as fast. The frame feels solid and the finish looks great, and it is comfortable enough that I end up staying in it far longer than I planned. Best of all, no trees needed, so I can move it anywhere in the garden or throw it in the car.

Finally received the product, and The quality is great, with really great customer support! Throughout the process I got plenty of emails keeping me updated, and there was always a real person to talk to. I really admire a company that respects its customers, and I'm wishing them all the best.

Very happy with my purchase of your hammock! It took longer to arrive than I anticipated . But your customer service department was very proactive and contacted me several times about delays in manufacturing and delivery. You even offered me a free pillow for the delay. Once the hammock arrived, I was so pleased by the beyond simple set up. A week later, the promised pillow arrived. The hammock is situated in my screen porch. It is a heavenly place for an afternoon nap. I’m very pleased with my ...

Pre-ordered the GO Hammock and had to wait a bit for shipping, but the team kept me updated and made the wait worth it. The hammock itself is fantastic: compact and lightweight, but sturdy and comfortable once set up. Customer service was kind and responsive the whole way through. Highly recommend!

Really strong construction of hammock, and it is designed to easily be setup! I am truly impressed with having something that I can carry anywhere to set up and enjoy at the age of 50. Love it! Thanks!

The cat liked it, the dog loved it. Too chilly to test it out outside, but so far working great in the living room. Easy to collapse and move out of the way too. Only downside is that it's a little smaller than i hoped, but just big enough for me to lay in (6'1") comfortably. Very happy with it!

we ordered our hammock and received it and love it!!! my husband was worried about the sturdiness of the hammock due to the fact it can be easily broken down and set back up but he’s sat in it with my two kids and it’s sturdy as can be. it’s honestly such a great product. we are beyond happy with our purchase!

After the email update that it is ready to ship, it came quicker than I expected. It is still missing the two pillows and the mat under. Will test the durability and accuracy of the weight limit. Update: the metal piece on the rope ends of the bed that hooks on the frame both slid off. I will try to super glue them.

Super easy set up. Looks nice. Fit 4 wingfoil boards perfectly. Exactly what I needed.

This thing really lives up to expectations. I can now fulfill my dream of taking my lounge wherever I would like to go. This folds out to a good full size. When folded and packed up, it’s a little heavy and a bit large but still conveniently mobile — about the size of a rifle case. Pack this in your car and take it to the park and the beach, but don’t take it on a long hike.

I absolutely love my Go Hammock! As a surfer I spend lots of time at the beach. Relaxing in between sessions, waiting for the tide to come in, not to mention all day contest days. The Go Hammock has changed the game for those moments, easy to take with you wherever you go, even easier to set up. My family and I are obsessed

Even though it took a while for it to arrive, it was absolutely worth the wait. Super easy to set up and break down. Looking forward to next summer to enjoy outside. Till then, it’ll be used indoors. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I love everything about this product. If it’s perfectly in my VW bus and it’s going with me everywhere super super easy to open up and close. And when I say easy, I mean very easy and 98-year-old man could do this on his own. It’s sturdy to able to hold two of us for sitting in it. I love it and I’ve been waiting for a product like this for years my whole life I think lol

Have only opened it once in my living room. Can’t wait to take it to the beach and camping. While it’s a little heavy to carry if you’re just one person trying to lug everything I know it will be worth making two trips for the perfect beach setup.

Works great, been able to rinse and drip dry my wetsuit in my van for my next surf session. Takes two days in the van to dry enough to slip wetsuit on again. Keeps the back of the van nice and dry by channeling the water out the door.

This hammock is worth the five stars, 2 star communication. great, comfy and no tools even initially. But the 6 month wait with bad communication… Edit: also the reply from your team, eww. Nope nothing in spam. I got an apology from support in July and they added me manually to the list. You admitted your error. Don’t try to put it on me. I can reduce stars all day. You failed to email me or send tracking. You did already look into this. I got 4 emails after your apology and still no email the...
