My daughter loves it. It stays on while fielding and is very easy to adjust. No more timeouts to adjust the mask you just twist the knob. Very well thought out.

I bought one for each of my daughters best mask ever no more straps that stretch out and they are able to adjust it themselves highly recommend it several girls on the team also bought as well

Great product and customer service. My daughter loves the convenience of the ratchet system and visor. We had to exchange for a different size and NEO sent a new mask and return shipping label without hesitation, no questions asked. We would highly recommend.

Shipping was fast. Every game or practice we have parents and other players asking us about the mask. She used to fight with her other masks to find a comfortable spot, not with this one! Easy to take on and off. She loves she can wear different hair styles. 10/10 would highly recommend.

This mask is great! My daughter was struggling to find a mask that fit properly and did not move during play and this mask does not move! She also loves the built in visor. Others on her team have now ordered one seeing how well it works and it looks great! We love the customization option as well!

My daughter loves the mask. Looks great with school logo. Perfect fit for her glasees and able to adjust easy to keep tight so her glasses don’t move while pitching.

My daughter's old face mask used to slide all over her face when she was making plays- and if I tightened it, it would hurt her face or give her headaches. This mask stays put! The only downfall we have run into with it is IF her hair gets caught in the knob. Still beats the competition masks by a long shot since it doesn't mess with her line of vision. Have recommended to several people so far!

The dial is so simple and easy for kids to use. The straps on previous masks were so difficult to adjust for younger kids. Sturdy materials used.
