I wasn't quite sure how to take this the first day as it was too thick and took a while to stir, I was also taking it at night time. Didn't have much effect. After reviewing the usage , I started taking it in the morning on an empty stomach as suggested this past week and boy oh boy oh boy. I miss my girlfriend!
