This is my second container of the volume, Herbal mix. This one is a lot thinner in the liquid honey. The first container it was easy to get a spoon full to mix or consume. The one is so runny it flows off the spoon. Is it supposed to be like this? I feel some difference by using the product.

It definitely promotes blood flow! I have not seen any benefits in the weight room or extra energy boosts but definitely works when it comes to blood flow and the extras that go along with it. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is I do get a stuffy nose and a little headache for a little while after taking it.
