The product itself is wonderful however their order fulfillment is abysmal. They ship when they feel like it. Occasionally they get around to shipping your subscription orders quickly, but usually it takes a week and a half or more to get your product. If you order Nonsubscription and pay full price and pay extra for expedited shipping it still takes a week. This is completely unacceptable In this day and age.
