Gave my family members a few cubes to keep and try for themselves. Something you guys should do offer smaller packs for drink bottles, than people will come back once they see how good it is..

I sent many emails advising that the product did not keep drinks cool for anymore than about 2 hours. I was told I had to return the products at my expense! And with almost 12 kilos of product this would have been very expense. I was advised that if the product was found to be faulty then you may look at a refund for the purchase cost and the return of the product. I found this unacceptable. They seem as advertised. A lot of them have these little knobs on them from production. You can see one is cleanly cut as shown in pictures on the website but others have knobs on them. Some are a bit sharp. Can these be cut off in any way that’s recommended?
