Hibernation and Ascension are booth amazing. Ever since taking Hibernation, I've stopped having micro wake ups. One thing I wish I did before Ascension was stopping my coffee intake for a couple days so that I wasn't desensitized to caffeine as much as I was.

Bro I thought this wasn't a miracle pill but it lowkey is. I take in the morning with breakfast and then hit the gym at 520 am. The caffeine hits during the second half of my work out and carries me through out the am. Still do have an afternoon coffee. Gains increasing. Also my drive has gone up significantly and so has my loads. My girl gave me a handy and was giggly about how much came out and it made her proud.

How do you take them? I pretty much tolerate everything usually, and I've been taking them all for few days already and damn ...
