It's a good product but My wife legs are long and it could be a little thicker

Spend the extra money and get the larger one. The smaller pillow works well but the larger seems like if would be better.

The pillow gives good back support for reading but the fabric is kind of rough. Need to supply customer with a cotton case to put around it.
