Very disappointed. On 04/04/2024, I sent an email to the customer service email stating that I wish to return the items I purchased recently for the following reasons:
Fabric for doll’s hair & baby rattle not suitable for new born baby.
Fluff was building up on hair.
Concern that baby could choke.
Features (e.g eyes) of doll not symmetrical.
Seam/ stitching does not appear secure.
My email has not been acknowleged and I have not received a response. I would like a refund please.
