At the top they have one large hole where both legs can enter and at the bottom there are two holes, one for each leg to exit.
The small pocket situated behind the athlete is great for keys.
I did notice that the branding may benefited from a spellcheck. As there is an ‘E’ missing in Runner.

Absolutely love these. Perfect for easy runs and long runs alike - I forget that my phone's in the thigh pocket and the back pocket can fit all the gels you'll need! Complete game changer for my training! Would recommend going down a size as they come up a bit big - not massive but I'd have preferred a bit more snug.

Just ran 115miles down the Fife Coastal Path, Scotland. The weather was crazy with the gale force headwinds and freezing rain after halfway. Wore Runnr 2in1 shorts all the way and even in a downpour they performed brilliantly. Zero chafing and functioned well when completely wet.

However, it is 179cm and 92kg. Unlike the size listed, it is very small ᅮᅲ So I think it will be difficult to wear comfortably.

So these are actually my first pair of running shorts and they fit well, I guess the only thing that I had to get use to was the pocket in the back where I carried the energy packets which was cool, but it was a deep pocket where I can feel it bounce while running.

Have now also bought the running shorts with built in compression tights which are nowhere near as good. Despite ordering XS on advice from other users the compression is inadequate and the phone feels very loose during my run. I will wear them but am somewhat disappointed after the excellence of the tights.
