While it was delicious it wasn't as good as the previous one (November '25). The layers of cake seemed much thinner. Definitely not big enough for 8 people!

The cake was beautiful however I found the caramel to be an overpowering flavour, taking away from the rest of the cake. The cake itself was delish but there was always the aftertaste of the sharp caramel. Might just be a me thing but when I saw caramel ganache, I was thinking it would be stiffer, and more creamy with a softer taste as I’m not a fan of home made caramel flavour.
