The Holly Cake,we customised it to our particular colours and occasion,a baby to be launch party. The look was just perfect. The condition the cake arrived in with its box was really was very well packaged. The taste and the ease to cut was next level delicious,moist but well held together and so easy to serve.

The cake was absolutely delicious! I ordered it for my best friend’s baby shower and she said it’s the best cake she’s ever had. It was super fresh and felt like the best quality ingredients were used. It also looked very cute and got lots of compliments! Would definitely order again 😊

Once again Stella has absolutely amazed me with her cake design, taste and overall customer service! I forgot to add to my order what to write on the cake and she followed up to check what I wanted :) we have used Stella for our engagement party cake and now my birthday. My husbands 50th Birthday Cake was made by 'Sugar'. We put 50 candles on it, and everyone loved the moist lemony taste, and crunchy topping. Not only was this the most beautiful cake we had ever seen but it was also the most delicious!!! We had the lemon curd filling and it was such a hit with everyone raving about the cake all night. Stella you are a star!! We will be getting all of our cakes from you in the future from now on too.

The funfetti cake was an awesome hit at my son's 9th birthday party. Kids and adults alike all loved it (my son's huge grin when it came out said it all - sorry I cropped him out) The custardy/creamy stuff in the middle was delicious

I had been looking for a place that made vintage heart cakes in Auckland and by chance From Sugar showed up in my suggested explore feed on instagram. Ordered a gorgeous Mia cake that fit perfectly to the theme of my birthday and got the banana cake flavour with caramel filling and it was the best cake I’ve had in a long time! The order to pick up process was nice and easy and it wasn’t long until the cake ended up getting demolished at my bday party. 10/10 would recommend.

The cake was sooo good and so gorgeous. It is the perfect cake for any occasion; I got it for my birthday and everyone loved it so much. Stella is very talented, and delivery is always on time. :))

Cake was delivered at our accommodation. The driver texted me to say it was at reception desk. The cake was a perfect size for 8 adults. We all had a decent slice each. It was very delicious. A very happy customer. Highly recommended.

Crazy coincidence - we had TWO ‘From Sugar’ cakes for the birthday girl last month! I chose the heart shaped vanilla and strawberry compote (this flavour was a hit and so delicious - not too sweet) and I was nervous about the colour combination I had chosen for the icing, but it turned out beautifully. Love that you can customise! It was the cutest moment realising she had two cakes from her favourite place!

Amazing lemon meringue cake, looked exactly like on the website and was delicious!!!!! Great size, fed 9 of us and was a great way to finish off my mothers birthday lunch. Excellent value for money - will def order again in the future!!! 💗💗💗

Stella is an absolute gem. She made the most delicious, beautifully crafted cake. It looked stunning and tasted even better. She customised everything exactly to what I wanted, and every detail was perfect. You could really tell how much care and love she puts into her work. Her business truly reflects strong whānau values, showing genuine care, understanding, and respect for her customers. I couldn’t recommend Stella highly enough.

The cake was fantastic! We only wish we had gotten more because everyone wanted a slice and it served 24 people perfectly... It meant I didn't get to take home any left overs!

Collected ‘From Sugar’s ‘ Victoria Sponge last Friday on site, complete with strawberries & layers of whipped cream just as you see in the online photo. Bought the cake for my dad’s birthday. It is a very beautiful cake. My dad normally control himself well but he couldn’t resist to top up another piece. As an Asian we tend to like less sweet, although the cake is on the sweeter side (for Asian) but it is at a good level.

This cake was absolutely delicious and so beautiful. It wasn’t too sweet and had such a good balance between the frosting, chocolate cake and caramel sauce, the extra caramel fudge ontop is such a nice addition to the cake too. 10/10 would recommend because I basically ate half of it to myself

Absolutely loved my baby shower cake!! It was exactly what a wanted! Communicating with Stella was so easy and she was incredibly helpful with all my questions. I got an 8 inch heart cake, chocolate with the ganache filling, this comfortably fed 20 people with left overs for hubby and I! 10/10 would recommend!

Another delicious cake! We asked for no flowers and extra sprinkles then added our own decorations on the day and it worked out so great for the occasion. This was our second time ordering a cake from Stella and both have been perfect

It was sooooooo good! Would 100% recommend to anyone. It was a light sponge, with yummy cream and strawberries. Not overly sweet which everyone loved. Picked it up Saturday morning and served it at Sunday lunch.
