I love the item and really appreciate the customer service for responding to all my inquiries, especially regarding the delivery time. My only concern is that the delivery took quite a long time, which was frustrating. Additionally, one of my purchases went missing during transit, but the company refunded the amount immediately.

Such a great ordering experience with Zahir company. I’d actually typed in the incorrect number and emailed them directly and they responded that it was sorted. Thank you. Upon arrival the package was well presented and a good quality.

The ring is beautiful but I was disappointed in the packaging and there was no warranty included. This is what was written in the website “ Packaging: Luxury Gift Packaging included with every order Warranty: Lifetime Warranty for total peace of mind” The ring just came in a plain black box. Not even a ring box. No warranty was included.
