This thing really works. My skin doesnt feel as ‘tight’ when i get out of the shower, shampoo lathers way more easily, and I dont get as much eczema. Plus the water feels nice and slippery. With the upgrade kit for recharging its really easy to recharge. It does take a while but most of the time is hands-off. Didnt come with instructions but not too hard to figure out. Pretty easy to install but you need to chose the washers wisely, the silicone ones worked best for me. The test strips provided showed very little hardness on the feed water but it did drop to near zero after the ion exchange. My wife wanted this because her hair wouldn’t behave and she was very happy with the “ after” result.
