My little guy was recovering from knee surgery and had to be on crate rest. As a boredom buster, I got him an ostrich hip bone, which he loved and it kept him busy for hours. It'll take him days to finish it off, and it's kept him very busy while he's enjoying himself! It does get a bit messy, but very easy clean up.

These two girls started chewing immediately. The third girl had to warm up to it. I think she was afraid of initially! She was giving it the side eye. Later in the day she decided it was OK. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture of her.

So one reason why I purchased this product is because my dog has severe intolerance to certain proteins. I now only feed her Duck & Potato kibble and have been looking for a chew for her. She is a heavy duty chewer and can destroy just about anything. I bought these as a way to entertain her on days when the weather doesn't permit us to walk. It’s been three days since they got the ostrich leg. They still haven’t even made a dent. Both German shepherds absolutely love those. Even my old Sable girl in the video who has hardly any teeth loves it. They both walk around one in each mouth. I am so glad I found Savannah pet foods. We were giving them beef bones and at that cost we can buy one of these each for the dogs and it’ll last them a long time saving us money plus it’s good for them and they really like them.

I was thrilled to find these Ostrich bones. My dog has numerous food allergies. Like Chicken (& all poultry), Beef, Pork, Lamb & Cod. My dogs love these so much they literally loose their minds. I love them because they’re not messy like smoked beef bones and they really hold up. Maybe the packaging should be as strong as the bones though. I left the box unattended for 30 minutes to run an errand and came home to a hole in the box, a bone pulled out and removed from the bag. Mini Aussies Kiki and Kenzo approached the knuckles cautiously but after a few minutes enthusiastically chewed on them. We have three dogs. Elska, Suki and WInter. Elska is in this video working on one of your Ostrich Ankle Bones. It takes her about a week to devour it but she loves it and it keeps her busy. We also have two Pyrenees dogs and they love them too. Finally found a treat that all three of them love. We put them on a monthly subscription. My dog is very active and needs to be kept occupied. I tried this medium ostrich cane because it had good reviews. The first thing he did was guard it and growl at me. Then he launched into chewing it. It is very clean, I let him eat it on my wool carpet. I’ll have to lure him away from it later when it’s time for his training exercises.
